ISodi di S. Niccolò 2020 has once again secured a prominent place in the prestigious Wine Spectator Top 100 worldwide and has made its debut in the very first Top 100 of Vinous, curated by the renowned Antonio Galloni.
This double achievement is significant because the 2020 vintage celebrates 35 harvests since the historic 1985 vintage, when the SuperTuscan from Castellare earned 6th place in the first Wine Spectator Top 100 in 1988, as the only Italian alongside Gaja. The success was replicated the following year with the 1986 vintage!
Today, history repeats itself: Castellare is back in the 2024 Wine Spectator Top 100.
