Bosco del Merlo | Pinot Grigio Rosato | Delle Venezie DOC

The Pinot Grigio Rosato from Bosco del Merlo comes from a selection of the best grapes from the area included in the DOC Delle Venezie, harvested in two separate moments. It is made entirely from Pinot Grigio grapes, vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks with a brief maceration on the skins. It is characterized by a delicate pink color and aromas of dried flowers, pear, and wild strawberry. The taste is dry, medium-bodied, and has a decent persistence.
